SMS Text Program
VisIQ sends one-time passcodes (OTP) by SMS text message to its own registered users for account-security two-factor authentication (2FA). These are transactional, account-security messages only — VisIQ does not send marketing or promotional text messages, and there is no purchase required. This page describes the program, how you opt in and opt out, and our commitment never to share your mobile information.
The codes texts you.
When you enable SMS-based two-factor authentication on your VisIQ account, VisIQ texts a 6-digit verification code at sign-in and when you perform sensitive account actions. Typical messages look like this:
VisIQ: your verification code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Your VisIQ sign-in code is 482913. Do not share it with anyone. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe.
How you opt in.
SMS verification is strictly opt-in and off by default. A registered user signs in at app.visiqlabs.com, opens Settings › Security, adds and verifies a mobile phone number, and enables “SMS text message” as a two-factor authentication method. Completing this action is the user’s express consent to receive 2FA verification codes by SMS. VisIQ never enables SMS or adds a number to text delivery by default.

Add a second layer of security to your account.
